Welcome to the OK ROSKILDE online registration, management and payment system!

You are free to enter as an individual, part of the club or as a club administrator for up to 30 runners at a time. As orderer you will have to pay the full fee of the registrations you make using VISA or MasterCard at the end of the registration (see below).

The registration is made in 4 simple steps:

  1. First choose course/class with or without SI-Card rental under "Choose ticket type" and click “ADD TO CART” one participant at a time.
  2. Then click “START REGISTRATION” or “REGISTER” and you will be asked to fill in your information and the participants information.
  3. Then click “NEXT” and you will get an overview. Read and accept the terms of service, click “GO TO PAYMENT” and complete your order.
  4. As orderer you will receive an e-mail containing a link to manage or cancel your registration. All participants will also receive a registration confirmation were they can manage, but not cancel the reservation you have made.

You can cancel your registration, change classes, correct a name or add SI-Card numbers until the registration deadline. In case of cancelling this includes automatic refund of the paid amount. You can cancel and refund your registration either in whole or partly. Please note that you can only make changes to your registration resulting in a refund once!

If there are participants who have not been assigned an SI-Card number by the registration deadline, OK ROSKILDE will assume that those participants wish to hire an SI-Card and OK ROSKILDE will assign one to those participants at the cost of DKK 25 per start. The fee will have to be paid cash at the arena before start.
